The behavior technician will work one-On-One with clients to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst and collect data to monitor treatment progress. They will also support the bcba in training families on implementing these individualized treatment plans.

Requirements summary

A high school diploma or ged is required, and candidates should possess a passion for working with children and a strong, reliable work ethic. Prior experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges or developmental delays is preferred, along with reliable personal transportation.
