Behavior Technician, Willing to Train

The behavior technician will work one-On-One with clients to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst and collect data to monitor treatment progress. They will also support the bcba in training families on implementing these individualized treatment plans.

A high school diploma or ged is required, though prior experience working with children or those with behavioral challenges or developmental delays is preferred. Candidates must possess a passion for working with children, a strong work ethic, and the physical ability to keep pace with young clients.
