  • This role integrates early childhood education with Catholic values and teachings.Job Responsibilities Instruction & Curriculum

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons in literacy, math, science, and social skills Use play-based and hands-on learning strategies Adapt instruction to meet individual student needs

Faith Formation

Incorporate Catholic teachings into daily lessons and activities Lead children in age-appropriate prayers (e.g., before meals, start/end of day) Teach Bible stories, Christian values, and basic religious concepts Model Christ-centered behavior, kindness, and respect

Classroom Management

Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment Establish routines that support structure and positive behavior Supervise children during class, recess, and activities

Student Development

Support social, emotional, and behavioral growth Encourage positive interactions and conflict resolution Observe and assess student progress

Communication

Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians Provide updates on student progress and development Participate in parent-teacher conferences

Collaboration
