Advanced Program Instructor

The instructor is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering value-Driven skill development programs, leading activities with enthusiasm, and maintaining program records and a safe environment. This includes effective communication with participants and parents, promoting other ymca programs, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and must have availability on sundays, along with a minimum of one year of prior teaching or instructional experience. Applicants need the ability to develop and teach skills, use technology for program needs, and obtain all required certifications within 90 days of hiring.
