Before and After School Mentor

The mentor must maintain supervision of all students and provide a safe, clean, and risk-Free environment while engaging children to encourage their development and involvement in activities. They are also responsible for maintaining necessary records, greeting families, and using positive guidance techniques.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, with preference given to those with 2,500 hours (2 years) of childcare experience or specific educational credits in early childhood or related fields. Maintaining all required certifications and training within 90 days of hire is mandatory.
