Transitional services coord

The transitional services coordinator supervises a caseload of approximately 13 students, assisting with court hearings, visits, and reviewing progress with students. This role acts as the primary program liaison between the student, guardian, and agency officials, while also providing progress notes and participating in treatment planning.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, social work, or sociology, along with experience in case management. Applicants are also required to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical examination, and tb test.
