Training Specialist

The training specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and facilitating comprehensive training programs for child welfare professionals and agency personnel to ensure they possess essential knowledge and skills. This role involves assessing training needs, creating materials, monitoring effectiveness, and ensuring staff compliance with mandatory training and credentialing requirements.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in a human services field, and hold current, unencumbered certification in child welfare through the florida certification board for a minimum of three years. Essential abilities include strong training/Facilitation skills, in-Depth knowledge of child welfare policies, effective communication, organizational skills, and technological proficiency, along with reliable transportation for required field activities.
