Early Intervention Service Coordinator

The coordinator will play a vital role in helping families navigate developmental services, including coordinating evaluations, creating individualized family service plans (Ifsps), and connecting families to necessary resources. This involves supporting over 50 families through direct service and advocacy while collaborating with local agencies, providers, and schools.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and have experience in case management or similar areas. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory requirements for this role.
