Early Intervention Service Coordinator

The coordinator will play a vital role in guiding families through developmental services, which includes coordinating evaluations, creating individualized family service plans (Ifsps), and connecting families to necessary resources. This involves direct service and advocacy for over 50 families while collaborating with various local agencies, providers, and schools.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and have experience in case management or similar areas. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory requirements for this role.
