Early Intervention Service Coordinator

The service coordinator will play a vital role in helping families navigate developmental services for their children, which includes coordinating evaluations and creating individualized family service plans (Ifsps). This role involves guiding families through assessments and service coordination while connecting them to necessary resources to support child growth and family well-Being.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and have experience in case management or similar areas. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory requirements for this position.
