Intervention Specialist

The intervention specialist will collaborate with teachers to interpret student abilities, assist with classroom intervention strategies, and modify general education curriculum for students, especially those with individualized education programs. Key duties include conducting diagnostic assessments, writing and implementing behavior improvement plans, and facilitating iep meetings with appropriate goal setting.

Candidates must possess a current state license and demonstrate knowledge of state standards and common core standards, along with experience in inclusion or co-Teaching models. Applicants should be comfortable in a growth-Focused coaching environment and possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to pass required background checks.
