Child Care Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience tailored to each child's individual needs while building strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication. Responsibilities also include creating a safe and stimulating environment and collaborating with the teaching team to maintain consistent routines and uphold school excellence.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess either 12 core ece units (Including 3 infant/Toddler units) or an awarded cda in infant toddler. A minimum of 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed early childhood center is also required, alongside authorization to work in the united states.
