TRC - Staff Development Specialist

The staff development specialist is responsible for developing and presenting training materials to employees that align with regulations, the agency's mission, and departmental needs to cultivate a competent workforce. This includes providing high-Quality staff training, consultation, and coaching assistance to service areas while designing curricula focused on regulatory mandates and specialized departmental needs.

Minimum qualifications require either a bachelor's degree in a human service or education field with two years of professional experience, or an associate's degree with four years of experience, or five years of proven experience as a staff trainer with supervisory experience. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to teach adult learners, along with a valid driver's license and willingness to work non-Traditional hours.
