Registered Behavior Technician - RBT/BT - Full-Time

The registered behavior technician will support individuals with autism in various settings by teaching daily living and social skills using evidence-Based treatments and collecting unbiased data during sessions. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the clinical team, implementing bcba-Designed therapy, and communicating effectively with team members and families.

Candidates must possess a high-School diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, requiring consistent transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance for in-Home services. New hires must complete 40 hours of paid training and be eligible to pass the rbt exam within 45 days.
