Lead and Assistant Teachers

Responsibilities include supporting the lead teacher with all duties, collaborating with staff to design and execute daily activities tailored to each child's needs, and ensuring a safe, healthy, and clean learning environment while adhering to all standards. Staff must also engage in effective communication with families and actively participate in professional development opportunities.

A minimum of a high school diploma/Ged is required, though a cda, aa, or higher degree in early childhood education is a plus, alongside at least one year of experience in a licensed odjfs child care program. Candidates must pass a bci/Fbi background check, possess basic computer skills, and meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50lbs and enduring varying environmental conditions.
