Family Advocate (Bilingual Spanish)

The family advocate engages head start families through individualized, in-Home, and group experiences to promote children's healthy development and school readiness. Responsibilities include managing core functions like ersea, record keeping, monitoring, and supporting family well-Being, especially for vulnerable populations.

Candidates should ideally possess an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field or commit to obtaining a family services certificate within 18 months if holding a degree in another field. Required experience includes assisting parents of young children in advocating for their families, along with reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license for required local travel.
