Assistant Teacher Non District

The assistant teacher will nurture responsive teacher-Child relationships using the class™ framework, cultivate an inclusive classroom, and deliver age-Appropriate, standards-Aligned instruction to foster school readiness for children aged 3 to 5. Responsibilities also include monitoring developmental progress through assessments and actively engaging families as collaborative partners in the child's growth.

Candidates must possess a deep commitment to working with young children in a nurturing and inclusive environment, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with hands-On experience teaching preschool-Aged children and a team-Oriented mindset.
