Substitute Teacher-Fixed Part time

The substitute teacher supports the operation of a head start classroom for children ages 3 to 4, working collaboratively to manage the group while fostering responsive teacher-Child interactions using the class™ framework. Responsibilities include delivering age-Appropriate, standards-Aligned instruction, monitoring developmental progress, and actively engaging families as partners in child development.

Candidates must possess a deep commitment to early learning, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a high school diploma. Hands-On experience teaching preschool-Aged children and a collaborative, team-Oriented mindset aligned with the mission of equity and inclusion are also required.
