Clinical Nurse Educator III, ICU

This role coordinates and executes educational activities to enhance the competency and development of nursing staff through orientation, validation, in-Service, and continuing education programs. The educator assesses needs, plans, develops, implements, and evaluates educational offerings based on healthcare demands, trends, and compliance requirements.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of 5 years of recent, relevant experience, including over 1 year working in an icu setting. Required certifications include rn licensure in california, bls, and acls, with ccrn being preferred.
