Clinical Nurse Educator III

This role coordinates and executes educational activities to enhance the competency and development of nursing staff through orientation, competency validation, in-Service, and continuing education programs. The educator assesses needs, plans, develops, implements, and evaluates nursing educational programs based on healthcare demands, trends, and regulatory requirements.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing, hold a california rn or cns license, and possess a basic life support (Bls) and advanced cardiac life support (Acls) certification. A minimum of five years of recent relevant clinical nursing experience is required, along with broad knowledge of clinical trends, safety policies, and regulatory standards.
