Residential Assistant

Residential assistants are expected to provide positive support, caring assistance, and responsible supervision to clients, while becoming familiar with their treatment goals and carrying out necessary interventions. This role also involves observing client success and identifying or suggesting new therapeutic goals for the treatment team's attention.

Applicants must have three years of experience working with youth in a behavioral setting and a high school diploma is required for this position. A bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, mental health, or a related field is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.
