Residential Assistant

Residential assistants will provide positive support, caring assistance, and responsible supervision to children and young adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a home-Like setting. Key duties involve participating in the therapeutic treatment team, understanding resident goals, carrying out interventions, and documenting success.

Applicants must possess a high school degree or equivalent along with three years of direct care experience working with individuals with intellectual/Developmental disabilities in a behavioral health or institutional setting. A valid driver's license is also required for this position.
