Lead Training Technician, EST (FT)

The lead training technician supports daily operations within the training department, assists trainers with content delivery, and directly provides training services when necessary. This role involves mentoring other training technicians in collaboration with training managers.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of aba clinical experience. Essential duties include implementing behavior technician training, monitoring data integrity, and resolving routine customer service issues.
