The behavior technician will help children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self-Help skills through play-Based therapy using applied behavior analysis (Aba). Responsibilities also include gaining training and skills to support a career in behavior analysis or related fields, and engaging in physical activities like pushing, pulling, lifting up to 35 pounds, sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and running as client needs dictate.
