Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will help children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self-Help skills through play-Based therapy using applied behavior analysis (Aba). Responsibilities also include gaining training and skills to support a career in behavior analysis or related fields, and engaging in physical activities like pushing, pulling, lifting up to 35 pounds, sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and running as client needs dictate.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the us, possess reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check, with a minimum education requirement of a high school diploma or ged. A genuine desire to help children with autism, along with compassion and reliability, is essential for this entry-Level role.
