RBT - Registered Behavior Technician (Central Florida - Multiple Locations)

The registered behavior technician will work one-On-One with children through engaging, play-Based sessions to build communication, social, and life skills while supporting positive behaviors using aba strategies. Responsibilities also include tracking client progress and building strong relationships with clients and families.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and must pass a criminal background check; rbt certification is preferred, but the company supports candidates through the certification process including training and competency assessments. The role requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and comfort with active engagement with children.
