RBT - Registered Behavior Technician (Central Florida - Multiple Locations)

The role involves working one-On-One with children through engaging, play-Based sessions to help them build communication, social, and life skills using aba strategies. Responsibilities also include tracking progress, supporting positive behaviors, and building strong relationships with clients and families.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and must pass a criminal background check; rbt certification is preferred, but the company supports uncertified candidates through training and certification processes. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children.
