LINK Operations Facilitator - Jackson, MS

This role is responsible for developing and increasing the proficiency and productivity of the link workforce through quality training and professional development, overseeing training programs, event coordination, and volunteer management. The facilitator will also serve as a key liaison between staff, leadership, and external partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree along with at least two years of experience managing widespread solution operations, including a minimum of one year in learning and development. Required skills include exceptional time management, excellent written and verbal communication, comfort with public speaking, and proficiency in computer applications for data analysis.
