Academic Counselor for EOP

The academic counselor will provide comprehensive personal, academic, transfer, and career counseling services to eop students, including assisting with financial aid applications and appeals. Key duties involve serving as a partner advisor to a cohort, utilizing assessment tools to develop success plans, and leading responses to early warnings impacting student success.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree and two or more years of experience in advising, student recruitment/Retention, case management, or related student services, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to serving diverse student populations, including those who are culturally, socio-Economically, ethnically, and academically diverse.
