Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions for children aged 2-12, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior support plans, while diligently collecting and recording data for each session. Responsibilities also include communicating client progress to parents/Caregivers under bcba guidance and assisting the bcba with material preparation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, though a college degree is preferred, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Essential physical requirements include the ability to lift 30 pounds, assume various postures for extended periods, and perform tasks like feeding, diapering, and toileting.
