Gym Youth Development Professional

The youth development professional will act as a positive role model, supporting, leading, and encouraging young people while enforcing rules and fostering positive behavior through personal relationships. Duties include overseeing daily recreation operations, organizing and facilitating various activities like fitness and arts, and ensuring the safety and security of youth in the facility.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a commitment to working four days a week, including summer hours, and meeting the club's scheduling needs during the school year. Candidates must understand and implement behavior management principles and be physically capable of interacting with youth to ensure safety and provide guidance.
