Speech Language Pathologist-PH Home Health Care Part-time Day Shift

The speech-Language pathologist is responsible for direct patient care, teaching, and participation in departmental process improvement. They must demonstrate teamwork, effective communication, and maintain patient plans of care.

A master's degree in speech language pathology and a speech pathologist license in the state of illinois are required. Preferred qualifications include a current certificate of clinical competence in speech-Language pathology.
