Registered Behavior Technician

As a registered behavior technician (Rbt), you will implement aba therapy plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and provide one-On-One therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will also collect and record data on individual progress and collaborate with team members to develop behavior intervention plans.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) or developmental disabilities preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
