Registered Behavior Technician

As a registered behavior technician (Rbt), you will implement aba therapy plans under the supervision of a bcba and provide one-On-One therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will also collect and record data on individual progress and collaborate with team members to develop behavior intervention plans.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational and time management abilities, are also necessary.
