Core responsibilities

As a registered behavior technician (Rbt), you will implement aba therapy plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and provide one-On-One therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will also collect and record data on individual progress and collaborate with the bcba to develop behavior intervention plans.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have rbt certification and a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) or developmental disabilities is preferred.
