Core responsibilities
The behavior technician/Registered behavior technician is responsible for implementing the individual support plan and ensuring that care is provided in a respectful manner. They will work 1:1 with clients, collect data, and collaborate with the treatment team to improve behavioral outcomes.
Requirements summary
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a willingness to complete the rbt curriculum and certification. Candidates should have at least one year of experience working with children and be comfortable using technology for documentation.
