Behavior Technician

The behavior technician/Registered behavior technician is responsible for implementing the individual support plan and the goals outlined by the bcba, ensuring all care is provided respectfully according to policies. This role involves working 1:1 with clients, reading and implementing treatment plans, collecting session data, and supporting healthy communication and behavioral skills.

Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma and be willing to complete the rbt curriculum and certification, along with a minimum of one year of experience working with children. Applicants should be comfortable using technology for documentation and possess strong interpersonal and documentation skills, while being able to perform physical tasks like standing, bending, kneeling, and running.
