Core responsibilities
As a 12
1:1 inclusive learning teacher, you will manage a self-Contained class of students with individualized education plans (Ieps) and collaborate with an assistant teacher and paraprofessional(S) to deliver instruction. You will also track student progress, manage ieps, and create a positive classroom culture.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience as a lead classroom or special education teacher and hold a new york state teaching certification for teaching students with disabilities. Fluency in spanish and experience with ieps and behavior interventions are preferred.
