Recruiter/Senior Recruiter

The recruiter will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, evaluating, and recruiting talent to meet the unt system's needs. This includes collaborating with hiring managers to develop specialized recruiting strategies and managing the selection process.

A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required, along with two years of progressive recruitment experience. For the senior recruiter classification, four years of experience with a focus on executive candidate generation is necessary.
