Lead Teacher - Early Childhood Educator

The lead teacher is responsible for developing and implementing a curriculum that meets the individual needs of children while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. This role also involves mentoring staff and maintaining compliance with licensing standards.

Candidates should have a ba/Bs in child development or a related field with at least 18 units in early childhood education. They must also be capable of passing a child care background investigation and possess or be able to obtain infant-Child first aid/Cpr certification.
