Youth soccer coach
Impact City FC is seeking passionate part-time coaches who want to use soccer as a platform to develop players, spiritually disciple leaders, and make a lasting impact.
Our coaches are responsible for both player development and spiritual leadership, helping athletes grow on and off the field.

- Key responsibilities
- Grow in spiritual, soccer, and leadership qualifications
- Embody ICFC Culture and actively protect and promote the club’s vision
- Implement ICFC’s soccer philosophy, curriculum, and Team Talks
- Lead two practices per week and coach games and tournaments during the season
- Show up on time, prepared, and dressed in ICFC gear
- Encourage participation in off-season training
- Lead a parent meeting at the start of each season
- Partner with Team Managers to communicate with families consistently
- Recruit and add players throughout the year, including participation in tryouts
- Attend required club events and meetings as directed by the Director of Coaching

- Standards for evaluation
- Share at least 2 “God stories” annually with your supervisor
- Grow team roster by 20% year over year
- Achieve 60% or higher game win rate
- Ensure 70% of players participate in off-season training
- Achieve 50%+ team participation in CityReach or mission-based events
- Positive evaluations through Supervisor Coach Evaluation Form
