Mid-Michigan GEAR UP Graduation Coach Ypsilanti Community Schools

The graduation coach will provide academic enrichment, mentoring, and advising activities for gear up cohort students. They will also organize events to encourage students to consider and apply to colleges and prepare for careers.

Candidates must have a master's degree in education or a related field and at least five years of experience in academic planning or guidance counseling. Gear up experience and the ability to work collaboratively with schools and community partners are strongly preferred.
