Behavior Technician

The primary function involves providing direct one-On-One behavioral interventions using applied behavior analysis (Aba) principles to teach skills and reduce problematic behaviors in children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. This includes establishing therapeutic relationships, following treatment plans, fading prompts, and accurately collecting various forms of behavior data.

Candidates must be located within a 30-Mile radius of washtenaw county and must possess a high school diploma, with the ability to pass background checks, a tb test, and complete initial online training modules. Essential physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain various postures for extended periods, along with a willingness to work in home, school, center, and community settings.
