Our culture is rooted in compassion, accountability, and professional growth. We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism throughout NY.
• The
• Role: Where Learning Meets Impact As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with a child in their home, implementing individualized behavior plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a meaningful, hands-on role where you will directly support skill development and positive behavior change. You will be supported by experienced supervisors and receive ongoing guidance as you build your skills in the field. Sessions take place in client homes. Cases are assigned as close to your home as possible. After-school availability required, weekends a plus.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA Collect session data and document client progress Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule Be a part of a new community initiative launching this summer. • Brooklyn, including but not limited to: Flatbush Crown Heights Canarsie Bay Ridge Gravesend Sheepshead Bay Bushwick Williamsburg Prospect Heights Bedford-Stuyvesant Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to travel locally to client homes Preferred Experience Experience working with children in any setting such as childcare, education, psychology, or healthcare What We’re Looking For We are not just hiring for experience. Hourly Rate
