Behavior Technician (Paid Training)

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One in-Home applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) based on plans developed by a bcba. This includes implementing therapy programs, collecting data, and maintaining positive therapeutic relationships with clients and families.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (Asd). Candidates must also be able to provide in-Home care services, and bilingualism is considered a plus.
