Behavior Technician (Paid Training)

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One in-Home applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities include implementing prescribed therapy programs, collecting and documenting client data, and maintaining positive therapeutic relationships.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (Asd). Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to provide in-Home care services, with bilingual skills being a plus.
