Family Support Specialist - Phoenix, AZ (Open Hearts-Phoenix)

The family support specialist provides resources, advocacy, and guidance to families, helping them navigate challenges related to parenting, education, healthcare, and social services. They work directly with families to develop and implement individualized support services and behavior intervention plans.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged with relevant experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-Related field. Experience working with children with mental health diagnoses is preferred.
