Family Support Specialist - Phoenix, AZ (Open Hearts-Phoenix)

The family support specialist provides resources, advocacy, and guidance to families, helping them navigate challenges related to parenting, education, healthcare, and social services. They develop and implement individualized support services and work closely with children, families, and child and family teams.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged with 4 years of experience, an associate degree with 2 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience working with children with a mental health diagnosis. A background in behavioral health is preferred, along with a valid arizona driver's license and the ability to pass a drug screen.
