The family support specialist provides resources, advocacy, and guidance to families, helping them navigate challenges related to parenting, education, healthcare, and social services. They are responsible for developing individualized support services and collaborating with various professionals to improve the overall well-Being of the family unit.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged with relevant experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-Related field. Experience working with children with mental health diagnoses is preferred.
