Family Support Specialist - Phoenix, AZ (Open Hearts-Phoenix)

The family support specialist provides resources, advocacy, and guidance to families, helping them navigate challenges related to parenting, education, healthcare, and social services. They develop and implement individualized support plans and work collaboratively with families and professionals to improve overall family well-Being.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged with 4 years of experience, an associate degree with 2 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 1 or more years of experience working with children with mental health diagnoses. A background in behavioral health is preferred, and candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid arizona driver's license.
