The Employment Services - Job Coach is responsible for helping to build meaningful lives for the clients we serve and for enhancing the quality of their lives. This is accomplished through the implementation of person-centered planning, client goals, promoting development of life skills, community integration & self-assuring experiences in a manner consistent with the policies and procedures of Hills and Dales. The Employment Services Personal Assistant provides employment services to the clients of Hills and Dales and-functions independently within the constraints of organizational policy and procedure to assure clients receive the highest quality services possible.
Requirements
- Free of a conviction or prior employment history of child or resident abuse or dependent adult abuse.
- Eighteen years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with proof of insurance
- Six months of experience in a formal support provision setting, employment services and/or CNA preferred.
